As we are an appointment-only salon, the number of clients we can accommodate each day is limited. Last-minute cancellations or changes may prevent other guests from securing an appointment.

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

〈Cancellation Fees〉

• Cancellation the day before: 50% of the total service amount

• Same-day cancellation: 50% of the total service amount

• No-show (no notice): 100% of the total service amount

Notes

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least two days prior to your appointment date.

• Cancellations made the day before or on the day of your appointment will be subject to the fees above.

• For day-before or same-day cancellations, please contact the salon by phone.

• Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of severe weather or natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, heavy snow, earthquakes) that cause transportation service suspensions, or other unavoidable circumstances. Please call us to discuss.

〈Booking Guidelines〉

• Please refrain from making multiple bookings to hold time slots.
If we find duplicate reservations, only the most recent booking will be kept.

• Please include any services you are considering when you book.

Depending on availability, it may be difficult to accommodate additional services or changes on the day of your appointment.

• If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please be sure to contact the salon in advance.

• If you arrive late, we may need to adjust the service menu.

Depending on the salon’s schedule, we may be unable to provide the service on that day.

• We may decline future bookings for guests who:

– cancel without notice

– arrive significantly late without notice

– repeatedly cancel the day before or on the day of the appointment

– behave inappropriately or in a manner that disrupts others
